Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Franklin, VA to write estimates, review processes, check in vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery. You will finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates, ensuring safety and adherence to Caliber standards.

The role requires 2+ years in collision estimating and may prefer those with sales experience; a valid license and MVPD license are required. Growth opportunities exist within Caliber.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
• Communicate vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards.
