Job summary

Caliber Collision Grapevine is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery. The role also handles total loss administration and communicates vehicle status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Candidates should have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for auto collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and vehicle intake.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
