Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Denton, TX to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications through final delivery. You will handle DRP paperwork, total loss administration, and post-repair status updates while upholding Caliber safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and post repair communication with customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers and ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules.
