Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator at our Flower Mound location to perform estimating, process reviews, and support the end-to-end repair workflow.

You will write estimates, check in customer vehicles, complete final paperwork, and communicate status to customers while upholding Caliber safety standards. This role offers weekly pay and opportunities for certification such as I-CAR, with room for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience (experience in sales preferred).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License (MVPD License).

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork for vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
