Job summary

Caliber Collision Oxnard is looking for a skilled Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, and manage vehicle intake. You will finalize paperwork and total-loss admin, then communicate post-repair plans and status updates to customers, all while following Caliber safety rules and standards.

The role offers competitive pay with a pay range of $50,000 to $110,000 per year, with weekly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork before delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards.
