Caliber Collision’s Oxnard Service Center is seeking a Collision Estimator to write repair estimates, review processes, check in vehicles, and prepare final paperwork before delivery, while aligning with safety rules and Caliber standards.

This role emphasizes accurate estimating using CCC1 software, a strong sales orientation, and clear communication with customers; opportunities for growth within the company and ongoing training support professional development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
