Job summary

Caliber Collision – Crystal City service center is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform writing estimates, process reviews, and check in customer vehicles. The role includes completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery and finalizing total loss administration with clear communication of post-repair plans to customers.

This position requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience and a valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
