Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Crystal City, VA. This role involves writing estimates, reviewing processes, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final paperwork before vehicle delivery.

You\'ll handle total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans, while updating customers on status and ensuring safety standards. Qualified candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver\'s license, and a MVD PD Appraisers license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and post repair plan communication to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules.
