Job summary

Caliber Collision in Alexandria, VA is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork after repairs. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities and a clear path to customer communication throughout the repair cycle.

Eligible candidates will have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Must possess Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalise total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while following safety rules.
• Adhere to Caliber standards and guidelines throughout.
