Job summary

Caliber Collision in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties including writing estimates, process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, and finalizing DRP paperwork prior to delivery.

Responsibilities also include closing total loss files, communicating post-repair plans, and providing customers with status updates while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Strong knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
• Must have CCC1 or similar estimating software.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and MV PD Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for vehicles.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plan to customers.
