Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator in Santa Barbara, CA. You will write repair estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork prior to delivery, including DRP and final invoices.

You will also finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers. We offer paid training through I-CAR, tools for success, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License or be eligible.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
