Job summary

Caliber Collision in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes and manage customer vehicle intake. You will complete final paperwork before delivery and handle total loss administration, ensuring clear post-repair communication to customers.

The role requires 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and an MVPD license, with CCC1 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews, checking in customer vehicles and completing final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication with customers.
• Update customers on vehicle status while complying with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
