Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair updates to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and standards.
