Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator at the Cape Coral service center. You will write estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork prior to delivery, including total loss administration and post-repair communications with customers.

Applicants should have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, hold a valid driver’s license, and possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write collision repair estimates.
• Conduct process reviews and verify in/out status of customer vehicles.
• Prepare final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery and total loss administration.
• Provide post-repair plan communication and status updates to customers.
