Job summary

Caliber Collision in Forest Lake, MN is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, vehicle check-ins, final paperwork, and total loss administration. You will communicate post-repair plans and vehicle status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
