Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator at our Lees Summit center to write vehicle estimates, review repair processes, and manage the desk-to-delivery paperwork. You will communicate clearly with customers and coordinate status updates throughout repairs.

Applicants should have 2+ years in collision estimating, an active MVPD license, a valid driver’s license, and sales aptitude to support customer service and growth. Caliber offers benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalise total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
