Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator at our Lees Summit, MO center. The role involves writing estimates, reviewing processes, and managing customer vehicle status from intake to delivery. You will finalize DRP and total loss paperwork while adhering to safety and company standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in collision estimating, CCC1 experience, a valid VD license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and sales orientation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience in body shop environment is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork.
• Provide post-repair communication and vehicle status updates to customers.
• Finalize total loss administration and DRP documentation.
