Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at the Service Center Fulshear to perform estimates, process reviews, and customer communications. You will handle vehicle check-ins, DRP documentation, and final invoicing while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards.

The role requires 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and MVPD license; CCC1 experience is preferred. Excellent communication and sales orientation are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs
• Conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles
• Complete final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration
• Provide post repair plan communication to customers
