Job summary

Caliber Collision in Houston is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimates, process reviews, vehicle check-in, and final paperwork prior to delivery, while ensuring accurate DRP and invoicing and clear customer communications.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision estimating experience, sales aptitude, and proficiency with CCC1 or similar software. A valid driver’s license and MVPD Appraisers license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
• Strong sales orientation.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers.
