Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at the Service Center Hampton on Cunningham Dr to perform estimates, process reviews, and handle vehicle intake and final paperwork.

The role requires at least 2 years estimating experience and a valid MVPD license; CCC1 software experience preferred; strong sales orientation and customer communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Finalizing total loss administration and providing post repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers.
