Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Alpharetta to write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle check-ins and final paperwork for delivery. The role includes total loss administration and post-repair status communication with customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, and a strong sales orientation. CCC1 experience is preferred, with safety guidelines adhered to at all times.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork for delivery.
• Communicate post-repair status to customers and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Manage total loss administration and DRP/final invoice workflows.
