Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at the Mesa – East Main St Service Center. You will write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize documentation before delivery while ensuring safety rules and company standards are followed.

The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and an active Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Strong sales orientation and CCC1 experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for vehicles.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Provide post repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers.
