Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Belmont, North Carolina. The role includes writing estimates, reviewing processes, and coordinating vehicle intake and paperwork before delivery.

You will finalize total loss processes and communicate post-repair plans, giving customers timely status updates while following safety rules and company standards. The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, and an active MVPD license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare vehicle paperwork.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards.
• Maintain consistent adherence to Caliber safety rules and guidelines.
