Job summary

Caliber Collision in Roswell is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to handle writing estimates, process reviews, and customer communications. Qualifications include 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, eligibility for company insurance, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards
• Support ongoing training and certification efforts as applicable
