Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Minnesota to write estimates, review repair processes, and manage vehicle intake and final paperwork. You will provide customers with regular status updates while ensuring compliance with safety rules and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid appraisers license, and a sales orientation. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits with weekly pay and growth opportunities within the Caliber

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and manage paperwork
• Complete final customer documents prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards
