Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Macon, GA to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle intake and paperwork through to delivery. The role includes finalizing total loss administration and communicating repair plans and vehicle status to customers while adhering to safety policies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and an MVPD Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage paperwork.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plan to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while upholding safety rules and company standards.
