Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Johns Creek, GA to write estimates, review processes, check-in customer vehicles, and handle final paperwork before delivery. The role includes finalizing total loss administration and communicating post-repair plans with customers.

Requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and an MVPD license; CCC1 or similar estimating software experience is preferred. We offer day-one benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
