Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating and administrative duties across the collision repair process. You will write estimates, review repair progress, and communicate with customers on vehicle status from intake through delivery.

This role supports a fast-paced shop environment and requires adherence to safety and company standards. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid MVPD license, a sales‑oriented mindset, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repair.
• Conduct process reviews of estimates and repairs.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
