Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Strong understanding of and ability to communicate repair processes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalise total loss administration and post-repair plan communication.
• Provide status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules.
