Job summary

Caliber Collision in Portsmouth, VA is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair plans, check in customer vehicles and finalize all DRP and final invoicing. You will provide post‑repair status updates to customers while ensuring adherence to Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork.
• Communicate post-repair plans and vehicle status to customers.
