Job summary

Caliber Collision in Keene, NH is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork prior to vehicle delivery. You will manage DRP, total loss administration and provide post-repair updates to customers while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards.

The role requires 2+ years estimating experience, familiarity with CCC1 or similar software, and a strong sales orientation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience preferred).
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write vehicle estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
• Communicate status updates while complying with safety rules and company standards.
