Job summary

Caliber Collision in Concord, NH, is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in vehicles and complete final paperwork before delivery. You will manage DRP, total loss admin and keep customers informed on repair status, while complying with safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for collision repairs.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.
