Job summary

Caliber Collision in Concord, NH is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, perform process reviews, check in customer vehicles, and finalize all paperwork prior to vehicle delivery. The role also handles total loss administration and communicates post-repair plans and vehicle status to customers, in line with Caliber safety rules and standards.

Our Estimators can earn up to $65,000 annually, with commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and ensure quality control.
• Check in customer vehicles and document condition.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration as needed.
• Provide post-repair plan communication and status updates to customers.
