Job summary

Caliber Collision in Victoria, TX, is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating tasks, process reviews, and vehicle check-ins. You will finalize paperwork prior to delivery, handle total loss administration, and communicate post-repair plans to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a MVPD Appraisers License; sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles
• Complete final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration
• Provide post-repair plan communication and status updates to customers
