Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator at the San Marcos - North location. You will write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery while ensuring safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates, conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication with customers.
