Job summary

Caliber Collision Conroe is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform estimates, process reviews, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork prior to delivery, all while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards. The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, and familiarity with CCC1 or similar estimating software.

A sales orientation is highly valued to support customers through the repair process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and communicate findings to customers.
• Conduct process reviews and review repair progress.
• Check in customer vehicles and verify documentation.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration where applicable and coordinate with customers.
• Provide post-repair status updates to customers in a timely manner.
