Job summary

Caliber Collision in Pflugerville, TX is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, check in customer vehicles, and finalize all paperwork for delivery. You will manage total loss administration and provide post-repair updates to customers while upholding Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Requirements include 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, MVPD license, and CCC1 or similar software proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; valid driver’s license; eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must have prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork for delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
