Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at Service Center Austin - Hunters Chase to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications from check-in through post-repair status updates. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a sales mindset, and a valid driver’s license along with a MV PD Appraisers license.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, adherence to safety standards, and opportunities for internal growth within Caliber’s nationwide

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork before delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
