Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator at our Lakeway service center. The role covers writing estimates, reviewing repair processes, checking in customer vehicles, and handling final paperwork including DRP and the final invoice, while ensuring compliance with safety rules and company standards.

You will finalize total loss administration and communicate status updates to customers, with emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and a customer‑centered experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete required paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and assign/confirm DRP items.
• Provide post-repair plan communications and vehicle status updates to customers.
