Caliber Collision in Daphne, Alabama is hiring a Collision Estimator to handle writing estimates, vehicle intake, and final paperwork for customer deliveries. The role also includes administering total loss; communicating post-repair plans and status updates to customers, while following Caliber safety rules and standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of estimation experience, a valid driver’s license, and an active Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience
• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write collision estimates and perform process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and document status
• Complete final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration
• Provide post-repair plan communication and status updates to customers
