Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator in Daphne, AL. You will write repair estimates, review processes, check in vehicles, and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery, while handling total loss administration and communicating status to customers.

Requirements include 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repair and review processes.
• Conduct process reviews and document status updates for customers.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork before delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
