Job summary

Caliber Collision in Northport, AL is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications from intake through final delivery. The role includes DRP and final invoicing tasks, plus updating customers on repair status while adhering to safety and company standards.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience a plus), a valid driver’s license, and an MVPD license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork for delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates.
