Job summary

Caliber Collision in Arlington is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork before delivery. This role also administers total loss and communicates post-repair plans, while keeping customers updated on vehicle status in accordance with company standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a relevant license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers in line with Caliber safety rules and standards.
