Job summary

Caliber Collision Chalfont Service Center is hiring a Collision Estimator to prepare repair estimates, review processes, and communicate status updates to customers. You will handle vehicle check-in, final paperwork, and total loss administration while adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards.

Requirements include 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and an active license as a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers (MVPD) professional.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and coordinate repairs.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalizing total loss administration and providing post repair status updates.
