Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Aston, PA service center. The role involves writing estimates, reviewing processes, and handling customer vehicle intake and paperwork through final delivery.

You will also finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers, adhering to safety rules and company standards. Requirements include 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales preferred), a valid driver's license, MVPD license, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication with customers.
