Job summary

Caliber Collision Vandalia Service Center in Ohio is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and prepare final paperwork for delivery. You will finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

You will require 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver's license, MVPD license, and CCC1 software proficiency; sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for vehicles undergoing repair
• Conduct process reviews and verify repair steps
• Check in customer vehicles and document status
• Prepare final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration
• Provide post-repair plan communication and status updates to customers
