Job summary

You will finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communications with all vehicle status updates to customers, adhering to safety rules.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid license, and CCC1 or similar software experience, plus a strong sales

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork before delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide status updates to customers while following Caliber safety rules and standards.
