Job summary

Caliber Collision in Columbus, OH is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform estimates, process reviews, and manage customer vehicle intake and final paperwork before delivery. The role covers DRP, final invoices, and total-loss administration with clear communication to customers about repair status, costs, and next steps.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a MVPD Appraisers license; sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
• Maintain up-to-date status updates on vehicle repairs for customers.
