Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair steps, and coordinate customer communications from intake to delivery. You will utilize CCC1 estimating software and assist with documentation and final invoices, while ensuring safety and quality standards.

This role supports a customer-focused team in a fast-paced environment. The position requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and an MVPD license, with a sales

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair status updates to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules and company standards.
