Job summary

Caliber Collision Riverview is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and guide customers from intake to vehicle delivery. You will complete final paperwork, invoicing, and total-loss administration while communicating status updates and repair plans.

Proficiency with CCC1 and a strong sales orientation are essential. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in estimating, a valid driver's license, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver's license.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
• Strong understanding of repair processes and ability to sell recovery options.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and invoicing.
• Provide post repair plan updates and vehicle status to customers.
